    The Bonus Point Reward Scheme
    By showing your super e-card during transactions, every single dollar you spend at city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli will be converted to one bonus point and automatically stored, enabling you to get fruitful rewards at the end of every session.
    There are two tiers of reward redemption: The 'Quarterly Reward' is calculated once every 3 months while the 'Yearly Reward' is calculated every 12 months. Members who successfully reach the suggested amount of spending within these periods will be eligible for redemption of e-coupons.
    Quarterly Reward:
    The calculation is based on 3 months* duration. Accumulated points from 1,500 - 2,999 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at HK$50, or accumulated points over 3,000 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at HK$150 respectively.
    Yearly Reward:
    The calculation is based on *12 months duration. Accumulated points of every 25,000 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at HK$500. The more you spend, the more you get.

    The super e-card has the function similar to that of your Octopus card.
    It clearly shows your latest bonus points and smart value. It is the most convenient way for you to settle transactions and simultaneously receive bonus points.
    You can store your prepaid amounts up to a maximum of HK3, 000. For every HK$100 stored, you will receive a 2% cash bonus.

    super e-members who have accumulated 25,000 points or above within 12 months* at city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli will be upgraded to super e-gold membership with a one-year validity.
    super e-gold cardholders are required to accumulate 25,000 points to maintain super e-gold membership for next year.
    super e-gold members are not eligible for quarterly rewards.

    You are welcome to apply for super membership at any city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli. A one-off application fee of HK$40 will be charged for first-time applications.

    (The fee is not refundable upon termination of super e membership.)

    Everytime you shop with super e-card, the transaction will be captured instantly in the system. You could wither check your bouns points from the receipt, or update your card at the e-kiosk in every store. The latest information including your accumulated bonus points, smart value, e-coupon and expiry date will be printed clearly on your super e-card.

    super e-card
    A ) Quarterly Reward
    super e members are eligible for the Quarterly Reward^. Accumulated bonus points are calculated every three months, beginning the month your membership commenced.


    ^ The maximum of Quarterly Reward is HK$150.
    # The e-coupon is only valid within the same quarter (3 months) once it is redeemed.

    Quarterly Reward Example:

    1 Mrs. Chan becomes a super e member on 15 November 2012 and therefore falls into the 1st quarter (November - 31 January). If the application is received in December, the 1st quarter starts from December to the last day of February accordingly.

    2. These quarters are used for future reward calculations.

    In the case of Mrs. Chan
    The Quarterly Reward calculation is made for Mrs. Chan in the:
    a. 1st quarter: November 2012 - 31 January 2013
    b. 2nd quarter: February 2013 - 30 April 2013
    c. 3rd quarter: May 2013 - 31 July 2013
    d. 4th quarter: August 2013 - 31 October 2013

    3. If Mrs. Chan accumulates 1,500 bonus points during 1st quarter, a message will be printed on her super e-card in the beginning of the 2nd quarter.

    4. Mrs. Chan can then redeem the HK$50 e-coupon by taking super e-card to the Concierge.*

    *Any unused portion of the e-coupon value is invalid after the expiry date, which is printed on the super e-card.
    B ) Yearly Reward
    super e and super e-gold members are eligible for the Yearly Reward+, which offers a HK$500 e-coupon# for every 25,000 points accumulated during the 12-month@ period. The more you spend, the more you get!

    + There is no limit on the Yearly Reward redemption.
    @ The 12-month calculation starts from the month of your application.
    # The e-coupon is only valid within the same quarter (3 months) once it is redeemed.

    Yearly Reward Example:

    1 Mrs. Chan becomes a super e member on 15 November 2012. The Yearly Reward will be calculated from November 2013 to the last day of October 2013.

    2. Mrs. Chan accumulates 25,000 points within 12 months.

    3. Mrs. Chan goes to the Concierge, upgrades to a super e-gold member and receives a HK$500 e-coupon by presenting the super e-card.*

    4. Mrs. Chan now enjoys exclusive benefits for super e-gold members.

    Remarks
    1.  The one-off application fee is non-refundable, and must be paid in cash.
    2.  HK$40 will be charged (and must be paid in cash) for loss of super e membership cards.
    3.  city'super is not responsible for any transaction effected and charge incurred with the loss of super e-cards.
    4.  super e, super e-gold and VIP cards are non-transferable.
    5.  super e, super e-gold or VIP cards must be presented upon purchase to receive bonus points.
    6.  Bonus points are accumulated in the month when the transaction is made.
    7.  Bonus points accumulated in a quarter must be redeemed and used in the following quarter, or all points will be automatically cleared.
    8.  Any transaction regarding settling payment with prepaid value, receiving bonus points, merchandise exchange or refund and so on must be made with super e-card for record in the system.
    9.  Customers who forget to bring the card upon purchase must go to Concierge to get a stamp on the receipt within the same day; and bring their super e-cards and the stamped receipt within 7 days to receive the relevant bonus points.
    10.  Customers should update their super e- cards after every purchase to ensure all the information is correct and up-to-date.
    11.  Any spending made at Page One Harbour City can be converted into super e bonus points by showing the receipt to the Concierge at city'super Harbour City store on the same day.
    12.  All points are based on city'super records, and city'super will not accept any claim of missing points unless a valid stamped receipt is shown.
    13.  Message will be printed on the super e-card as a reminder for the members who are qualified for rewards. city'super is not responsible for any redemption of e-coupon after the expiry date.
    14.  Any prepaid value added to super e-card or e-Gift card at Concierge will not be regarded as a purchase, and therefore will not qualify for any bonus points or free delivery service.
    15.  city'super coupons cannot be converted to smart value in super e -card.
    16.  super e, super e-gold and VIP cards cannot be used in conjunction with the city'super card or other discount cards.
    17.  Discounts offered by the super e-gold card and VIP card are not applicable to discounted and fixed-price items.
    18.  Reminder of members' benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email or SMS. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out important notice from us.
    19.  city'super is not responsible for any case of undelivered email message or notification. It serves as a reminder only.
    20.  Store value in this card is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    21.  Should there be any dispute, city'super reserves the right of final decision.
    22.  In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
