Sakes can be served in different temperatures. Like Junmai shu and Hojyozo, they are ideal in serving as warm, which goes well with hot pot and Oden. Yet, it is not recommended to serve over 50° C as the flavor will be lost.
Kariho Yamahai Kanagari Junmai
A very dry sake made by traditional method, best serve at 40 ゚ C

Characterized by its complexity, wild acidity with bitterish after taste.

Rich with rice flavour even the aroma. Dry with moderate sweetness in finish.
