Kariho is the sister brand of Dewatsuru. As the sake is made from medium hard water, Kariho is characterized by dry in taste with lively and toasty flavour. Also, Kariho is still using the traditional machine (the only one in Japan!) for pressing sake, retaining the original taste and style.
Kariho Yamahai Kanagari Junmai
"Kan" means served in warm in Japanese. The sake is brewed by traditional "Yamahai brewing method", complex in taste and is very suitable at serving
around 40°C.
Kariho Koun Daiginjyo
Dry, silky, aromatic and full-bodied premium daiginjyo.
Kariho Rokushu Ginjyo
Very smooth taste with a fruity aroma. This sake goes well with light flavoured dish.
