Floral yeast is a kind of yeast extracted from different kinds of flowers. Despite the differences in brewing
method and ingredients, floral yeast is getting more common in brewing sake, yet it is very challenging to be
applied in shochu making. However, "Iki Tamahime Mugi Shochu" is a very rare mugi shochu which is made by yeast of periwinkle flower, results in a light and delicate shochu with mild floral aroma. |

Good Value Spanish Wines
Bodegas Tintoralba is located in a small town named Higueruela, northwest of Spanish wine region, Almansa. Between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level, the vineyard entitle a dry continental climate and extreme range of temperature during both summer and winter. Tintoralba's wines are made by Garnacha grape that offer a young elegant wine that can easily match with various cuisine.

Fukucho's Cognition
"Fukucho" sake is produced by a very small size brewery with 5-6 elite members. It is led by the most famous female sake master in Japan - Ms Miho Imada.
Same as arts' masterpiece, all "Fukucho" sake are handmade, the sticking of sake labels is also done manually nowadays. Its delicacy is very sensitive to temperature, it is recommended to serve at 12-15°C.
"Hattannishiki Tokubetsu Junmai Shiboritate" is a newly squeezed sake, serve at 12°C and enjoy its freshness. |
