How to make Chocolate Doughnuts (Serves: 4)
1. Add 20g sugar to 10g shortening and blend evenly.

2. Blend a raw egg into the mixture. Add 100g pancake powder, almond powder, chocolate powder, and 60ml milk. Mix evenly.

3. Pour all mixed ingredients into the mould. Do not exceed the mark to prevent the mixture from spilling out while heating.

4. To ensure that the air inside the doughnut is evenly distributed, tap the mould against the table a few times.

5. Heat a doughnut in the microwave at 500W for 60 seconds. If two doughnuts are placed inside together, heat for 1 minute and 40 seconds.

6. When the doughnut begins to cool, remove it from the mould with a spoon. Place it on a plate and wrap it up to keep moist.

7. Coat the doughnut with chocolate frosting.
How to make Chocolate Sticks
1. Add sugar to shortening. Mix evenly and gradually add milk.

2. Mix cake flour and baking powder, then blend into the mixture. Leave for 30 minutes.

3. Place the dough on a plastic mat. Use the red roll to compress the dough to a thickness of 2mm. Use a stripe- or wave-patterned roller to shred the dough.

4. Place the shreds with the mat into the oven at 170℃ for 10 minutes, then for another 10 minutes at 130℃.

5. Coat the baked sticks with a layer of chocolate.
