French Beef with Asparagus |

| | Ingredients: (serving size: 2) | • French skirt steak weighted 150g, sliced
• Asparagus 10 pieces, cut into small pieces
• Japanese cooked bamboo 1 pack, sliced shoot
• Garlic 2 cloves, finely minced
• Leek(white part only) 1 piece, sliced for coating
• Sea salt to taste
• Potato flour
• Extra virgin olive oil Sauce
• Oyster sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon
• Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
• Black bean sauce 1/2 tablespoon
• Mirin 1 tablespoon | | | Method: | 1. Heat the cooking pot under high heat with 1/2 inch of extra virgin olive oil.
2. At the same time, use potato flour to coat the sliced
beef. Put into hot oil immediately and sear for a minute. Set aside.
3. Heat another cooking pan under high heat with 2 tablespoon oil. Add leek, asparagus, bamboo and garlic, season with salt, stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Then add beef and mirin. Lower to medium heat, add the sauce and stir well.
