1. Dry aged US Chilled Long Term Grain Fed Angus Beef 

Carnivores will be delighted to know that city'super dry-ages its 350-day grain-fed pure Angus beef, sourced from a decade-old small family business in the US, in-house with strict humidity and temperature control to ensure extra tenderness and to seal in the flavor –– a savory one not unlike mature, fermented cheese. The striploin steak cut is especially rich in flavor with a well-marbled and springy texture.

2. French Oyster Nr. 0

In the northwestern region of Cancale is Saint Kerber Farm, a renowned French oyster farm amidst a UNESCO Heritage site where city'super is given a designated area for farming its own special selection. As the area is rich in phytoplankton, these oysters are characterized by a fatter body and firmer meat, with a sweet, briny taste that is typical of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.
3. Les Frères Marchand Comté Cheese

Les Frères Marchand, a family-run business since 1880, knows exactly how to mature cheese, and they do it very well. The affineur sources artisanal cheese from small producers and ages them to perfection. Its acclaimed comté cheese of various maturation periods––from 24 months to the extremely rare 44 months––can be found at city'super. The longer the aged period, the stronger the taste. The nutty flavour of this vintage cheese pairs very well with white wines from the same (Burgundy) region.

4. Bellota-Bellota Iberico Ham

Iberico ham connoisseurs should be no stranger to Bellota-Bellota. The prestigious ham producer’s Iberico pigs are fed solely on acorns, producing an impressive richness of flavour and aromatic persistence. The supple, moist texture is a result of a natural maturation process over at least three summers. This limited edition sampler box contains Bellota-Bellota’s four signature grand cru hams, all finely hand-carved by professional cortador and each with their own traceability passports to ensure exceptional quality.
5. Japan Farm Koshihikari Rice

Rice can’t get fancier than this. Japan Farm’s Koshihikari rice is grown in Ishikawa along the spiritual mountain of Hakusan where cold water still flows in the summer time. Due to a higher fluctuation in temperature, rice grown in this area yields stronger crops and is sweeter than the average grain. Even when served cold, Japan Farm’s rice can still retain texture and fragrance, making it the choice grains for sushi-making.

6. Le Borvo Smoked Salmon

Le Borvo was once the name of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris that served stand-out smoked salmon dishes until the restaurateur opened up his own production facility in the Burgundy region to satisfy demand. Today, Le Borvo’s smoked salmon is known as one of the best in the world. Selected from small farms in Norway and Scotland, the fish is smoked for five days with no additives for a lower sodium content and natural taste.
7. Cavedoni Aged Balsamic Vinegar

For six generations, the Cavedoni family has been producing award-winning balsamic vinegar in Modena, Italy, with their most prized product being the Oro Nero La Dama (“Black Gold of the Lady”). Certified Modena PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) with over 100 years’ history, La Dama is a single ingredient balsamic vinegar with complex, layered flavours –– much like wine –– obtained from traditional aging process in different barrels. The dark brown liquid has a well-balanced taste and rich aroma.

8. El Mil Del Poaig Extra Virgin Olive Oil

El Mil Del Poaig takes salad dressing and pasta cooking to a whole new level with this extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed with olives handpicked from thousand-year-old olive trees in Maestrat on the east coast of Spain. Designed by CuldeSac and bottled in traditional Valencian ceramic, the olive oil is smoother and thicker than its younger counterparts with a fruity, almond aroma.
9. Organic Vegetables from Sonoda Farm in Japan

When it comes to Asian green leaves, look no further than the organic produce from Japan’s Sonoda Farm. Located in the Saga prefecture, this small-scale farm began in 2010, but has already been certified by Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS) in recognition of its quality. Watch out for the farm’s ever-popular organic santouna, wasabina and mustard leaves.
