Life Hack: How to Peel & Prepare Fruits

Do you feel that cutting up fruit and peeling and coring it is a hassle? Just make good use of the following tips, and you'll find that dealing with fruit is no big problem.

Kiwi fruit: cut off the top and the bottom, insert a tablespoon and rotate it close to the skin of the fruit.

Mango: cut open the mango parallel to the central core, and slide each piece downwards against the rim of a glass. This will easily separate the flesh from the skin.

Avocado: with a knife cut into the avocado all round, dividing it into two halves; stick a knife into the stone, and when it holds firm, gently twist it to release the stone; then use a tablespoon to scoop out the flesh.

Orange: cut off the top and the bottom, cut through the peel from top to bottom, and then gently pull the orange open to eat it.

Strawberry: press a drinking straw into the bottom of the strawberry, and the hull of the strawberry will come out easily.

Cherry: put the cherry in the mouth of a beer bottle, poke the base of the cherry with a chopstick, and the stone will pop out.
How to Store Fresh Juice

To prevent fresh fruit juices from nutrient loss or oxidization, we recommend consuming freshly made fruit juices within 20 minutes.

This can be challenging for busy professionals. If you must store the juice, it’s best to pour freshly made juice immediately into an air-tight glass container to reduce contact with air. Keep it cool in the fridge and consume it within a day.
