Located in Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, Hakkaisan Brewery is blessed with extraordinary natural resources. One of the best-known is the spring water from Raiden that it uses to produce every bottle of its superior sake.

city'super is honoured to welcome Hakkaisan’s overseas representative Mr. Sasagawa, who during an evening at La Table will introduce the brewery’s range of renowned sakes and explain how Hakkaisan sake can pair perfectly with elegant French cuisine.
