The Philippe Gonet 3210 Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut NV is a complex, dry and creamy bubbly that opens with a delicate buttery nose and fills the palette with hints of candied apricot, peach and iris, making it a delicious companion with seafood.

Domaine Harmand-Goffroy Gevrey-Chambertin 2014:  Taking on an all-traditional viticulture method, Domaine Harmand-Geoffroy turns all their soil manually. This 2014 Gevrey-Chambertin is made with vines between 25 and 60 years of age, picked from 10 different village sites. A strong, mature red, this one is elegantly composed with notes of black cherries and warm earthy scents. Pair with gamey meats like lamb and raw chopped beef. 

Domaine Cordier Père et Fils Saint-Véran Village "En Faux" 2015: Founded in 1968, Domaine Cordier experiments with a biodynamic approach in their wines. Grapes are handpicked from various regions of the Mâconnais for voluptuous Chardonnays with their signature notes of nuts and acidic fruits. This 2015 "En Faux" is a full-bodied white with soft touches of spice and vanilla, and light notes of lime and Rocha pear. Pair with lighter flavours like fresh oysters and river fish.

Château des Tours Vacqueyras 2010 x Les Frères Marchand Comté 24months: Château des Tours, owned by the famous Emmanuel, owner of Château Rayas, this wine is a full, medium-bodied red with deep, dense flavours balanced by tannins. This earthy and spicy red is the perfect accompaniment to cheese, roasted meats, stews and veggies casseroles.
