Shopping Delights

  1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city'super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift-wrapping charges are not regarded as relevant transactions. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials for more details.
  2. As for super e-gold members, exclusive members' privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 18 – 22 August 2026, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 18 August 2026 to 23:59 on 22 August 2026. As for super e members, those privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 19 – 22 August 2026, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 19 August 2026 to 23:59 on 22 August 2026.
  3. The exclusive members' privileges of Summer Fiesta cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, and other promotional offers or coupons. Expired offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

Bonus Loyalty Points

  1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city'super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 18 – 22 August 2026. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.
  2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city'super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 19 – 22 August 2026. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.
  3. super e members must present a valid membership card at physical stores or log in to their membership account at E-Shops before payment in order to accumulate loyalty points and update their spending records.
  4. Loyalty points and spending records will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.
  5. If any cancellation of transaction or arrangement of refund has been made, loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.

Foodie Wonderland

  1. This event is available for all super e members, limited quota; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details. Photos of drinks and food are for reference only.
  2. All member registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent to members upon successful registrations.
  3. The redemption tickets of this event cannot be redeemed for cash or other products or transferred to others. Any unused redemption tickets will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed by cash or any other form of compensation.
  4. Any personal reason(s) for event postponement and refund will not be accepted, including but not limited to sickness, injuries and clash of personal schedule, and no replacement of participation will be accepted. Participant(s) has responsibility to read this statement thoroughly, understand it and bear relevant risks. Once payment is confirmed, all details of events cannot be altered and payment will not be refunded.
  5. Before application, please be aware of any potential food allergy situation. Enquiry for the food ingredients used in event is available for reference. Please provide the details of food allergy situation when submitting application. City Super Limited has no responsibility for any food allergy situation caused during or after the event.
  6. The activity will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is declared by the HK government two hours before the start time of the event, any incurred payment will not be refunded. If the above said weather warning(s) or extreme situation is/are declared during the event, City Super Limited will help to arrange a safer shelter for participants to stay in until situation allows for event to continue. If situation does not allow, the event will end early, with no refund and event rescheduling. If the weather condition on event day is not safe or good enough for event(s) to be hosted but the HK government has not declared any of the said weather warning(s) or extreme situation, City Super Limited will judge if it is suitable for event hosting two hours before the scheduled event start time. If participant(s) decide not to join the event(s) when the event(s) is not cancelled, there will be no refund or event postponement. Whenever feasible, all workshops will resume as normal if the planned start time is 4 hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.
  7. City Super Limited is not responsible for any matters arising from the delay due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
  8. City Super Limited reserves the rights to make alternations to the class/event schedule, content, and instructor or guest speaker when necessary. Ingredients or materials used in the activity may change due to special circumstances without advance notice.

super e-gold Exclusive Workshops

  1. super e-gold members will receive an email invitation to enroll online for the exclusive workshops. Limited places; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details.
  2. No additional places can be reserved for members' friends or relatives due to the limited seats. Each successful registration only reserve 1 seat for each member.
  3. All member registration information will be verified. A confirmation MMS will be sent to members upon successful registrations.
  4. Eligible super e-gold members should arrive at least 10 minutes before the activity starts for on-site check in. Members are required to present a valid membership card and confirmation MMS before participation.
  5. Tables, chairs and equipment will be sanitised before each class.
  6. If the registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation MMS and 3000 Loyalty Points will be deducted from your membership account as participation fee within 2 working days after the submission of your enrolment. If no confirmation message is received, the registration is unsuccessful.
  7.   2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at LOG-ON E-Shop website in Hong Kong (https://logon.com.hk).
  3. This E-Shop eCoupon is valid from 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026. Each eCoupon can be used once only. Only one eCoupon can be used per transaction. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

  2. To enjoy the exclusive members' privileges, customers shall present a valid super e membership card during Summer Fiesta. Membership cannot be transferred.
